In February, InstaHelp recorded between 840,000 and 850,000 orders. On February 22, 2026, the service achieved its highest single-day bookings with approximately 51,520 orders.

InstaHelp provides a variety of on-demand housekeeping services, including:

- Meal preparation
The service promises fulfillment within 10-15 minutes of booking and is currently available in major cities such as Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Pune.
Market Competition
The demand for instant housekeeping is on the rise, with competitors like Snabbit reporting 830,000 orders in February, up from 500,000 in December. Pronto, another rival, has scaled to over 15,000 daily bookings within ten months of its launch.
Financial Performance
Despite the growth in bookings, InstaHelp's adjusted EBITDA loss increased to Rs 61 crore during the December quarter of FY26, up from Rs 44 crore in the previous quarter. Urban Company also reported a 33% year-on-year increase in operating revenue, reaching Rs 383 crore, driven by new user growth and seasonal demand.
Investor Interest
As the sector expands, investor interest remains robust. Snabbit is reportedly in discussions to secure $50-60 million in funding, while Pronto recently raised $25 million, valuing the company at around $100 million.
