Flipkart's risk management framework now meets global ISO 31000:2018 standards. An independent assessment by BSI confirmed its strength across technology, supply chain, platform, and human resources. This achievement reinforces Flipkart's commitment to governance and trust. The company previously received recognition for organizational resilience and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 recertification. Flipkart serves over 500 million users and hosts millions of sellers.The assessment covered the company's core e-commerce operations, including technology, supply chain and logistics, platform, and human resources, Flipkart said in a statement.
The independent review by BSI validates that the company's risk management strategies are robust and operate with high levels of integrity and precision.

The alignment adds to Flipkart's existing compliance benchmarks.
Last year, BSI awarded the company the BS 65000:2022 Letter of Recognition for Organisational Resilience and recertification for the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
Established in 2007, the Flipkart Group currently has a registered user base of over 500 million. The marketplace hosts over 1.4 million sellers and offers more than 150 million products across 80-plus categories.
