A portion of the investment will be directed towards expanding into high-complexity sectors such as data centers, UAVs, and robotics, where reliability and real-time performance are essential.
Founded in 2025 by Sairanjan Mishra and Pulkit Agarwal, H2LooP specializes in developing AI tools that assist engineers in managing software for hardware devices, including cars, drones, and medical equipment. The platform analyzes existing code to generate documentation, aiding engineers in writing and debugging embedded software.
Key features of H2LooP's platform include:
- Specialized small language models (SLMs) for faster debugging and secure coding.
- Analysis of debug and crash logs.
- Support for understanding complex legacy code.
Additionally, H2LooP is working on a data platform tailored for hardware engineering and coding models specifically designed for software operating within physical systems.
The startup is currently collaborating with semiconductor firms, defense organizations, and telecom companies for real-world applications.
According to co-founder Agarwal, H2LooP is focused on creating an infrastructure layer that ensures software deployment does not hinder hardware performance, thereby accelerating processes without compromising reliability.
This funding comes at a time when investments in the AI sector are increasing significantly in India, driven by technological advancements and growing adoption.
Recent reports indicate that investments in the AI segment surged 73% year-over-year to $253 million in Q1 2026, with the overall Indian AI market projected to exceed $126 billion by 2030.
