Snitch Reports 80% Revenue Growth, Reaching ₹900 Cr in FY26

D2C fashion brand Snitch has reported an impressive operating revenue of ₹900 Cr for FY26, reflecting an 80% increase from ₹498 Cr in the prior fiscal year, according to founder and CEO Siddharth Dungarwal.

The brand's unaudited figures indicate that its EBITDA is approximately 2-3% of revenue, equating to around ₹18-27 Cr. In FY25, Snitch experienced a net loss of ₹1.7 Cr.

Revenue Breakdown:

  • 40% from offline stores, which have seen a year-over-year growth of about 75%

Currently, Snitch operates 115 stores across India and aims to expand its presence in East India as part of its growth strategy.

Snitch had plans to open offline stores in West Asia, but these have been postponed due to regional conflicts. The brand does maintain an online presence in that market.

The company is targeting a revenue of ₹1,400 Cr for FY27, showcasing its ambitious growth trajectory.

Founded in 2019, Snitch transitioned from an offline-only model to online sales during the pandemic. The brand offers a variety of men's fashion items, including shirts, jackets, and hoodies, through its website and various ecommerce platforms.

Quick Commerce Initiative:

To enhance its service offerings, Snitch has launched a quick commerce delivery service, Snitch Quick, available in four cities with plans to expand to Hyderabad and Mumbai. This service currently contributes about 10% to the brand's online revenue.

In addition to apparel, Snitch is diversifying into related categories such as perfumes, footwear, and accessories to create a more comprehensive lifestyle brand.

Despite its growth, Snitch is not currently seeking additional funding, having last raised $39.6 Mn in June of the previous year. Overall, the brand has secured approximately $53 Mn in funding from various investors.
