Cloudflare is expanding access to OpenAI frontier models, including GPT‑5.4, making them available to millions of customers across Agent Cloud. Agent Cloud is a platform that enables businesses to deploy AI agents powered by OpenAI models to perform real work. For example, companies can use it with OpenAI to deploy agents that automatically handle tasks like responding to customers, updating systems, and generating reports - all within a secure, production-ready environment.
Agent Cloud runs on top of Cloudflare Workers AI(opens in a new window), the company’s platform for running AI models at the edge, making it easy for enterprises to build and deploy AI applications and agents that deliver fast, real-time experiences at global scale.

The expansion of OpenAI within Agent Cloud builds on Cloudflare’s broader push to bring the most-advanced AI capabilities, including tools like Codex, to enterprises. The Codex harness is now generally available in Cloudflare Sandboxes, a secure virtual environment where developers can build, run, and test their AI applications. It will also be available in Workers AI in the near future.
