Wingreens World has announced its acquisition of Safe Harvest, a Bengaluru-based brand known for its staples and cold-pressed oils, through a share swap deal. This marks the fifth acquisition for the company, which is recognized for its Wingreens Farms dips and Raw Pressery juices.

The acquisition was completed alongside a Series D funding round, which raised over ₹120 crore, led by investor Ashish Kacholia with participation from Alchemy Fund. Wingreens has now raised a total of ₹556 crore across various funding rounds.

Founded in 2009 by Rangu Rao, Safe Harvest specializes in packaged cereals, grains, pulses, millets, flours, whole spices, cold-pressed oils, natural sugars, and honey.

Wingreens' Growth and Future Plans

Wingreens World, co-founded by Anju and Arjun Srivastava in 2011, has expanded its product offerings significantly, including dips, sauces, spreads, and snacks. The company reported revenues of ₹362 crore in FY26, an increase from ₹289 crore in FY25, and aims for a public listing within the next two years.

Despite facing losses of ₹65 crore in FY24, down from ₹180 crore in FY23, Wingreens is optimistic about its growth trajectory.
