Chicago has already signed on as a customer for this service, highlighting its potential value for city management. Ground Intelligence aims to provide city officials with timely insights, enabling them to address infrastructure issues proactively rather than reactively.
The system features a dashboard that maps developing potholes and related concerns, allowing cities to access anonymized footage from vehicle cameras. This capability can help verify citizen reports of various municipal problems.
