Additionally, the construction and fit-out projects business added Rs 68.6 crore to the quarterly income.

Following the announcement, Awfis shares experienced a rise of 4.53%, closing at Rs 359.1, which positioned the company's market capitalization at approximately Rs 2,569 crore (around $270 million).

Expansion Initiatives

Throughout the year, Awfis expanded its footprint by adding 41 new centers and increasing operational seating capacity by 30,000. The company now operates 266 centers across 18 tier I and II cities, catering to around 3,500 clients.
