Google for Startups Accelerator Welcomes New MENA-T Cohort

Google has announced the newest cohort of the Google for Startups Accelerator: Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENA-T), which will commence on June 1. This program aims to support AI-first startups that are developing the next generation of information-driven services.

Following the success of the previous cohort, which concluded in November 2025, this new group consists of 15 companies selected from a record number of applications. The previous cohort saw 14 startups from eight different countries benefit from over 230 hours of mentorship from Google experts, helping them refine strategies and enhance product design.

  • inveon.ai: Provides autonomous digital employees for e-commerce.
  • Jusoor Labs: Uses AI to analyze science experiment interactions and improve learning outcomes.
  • Openfarming: Automates distributor workflows to reduce waste and protect margins.
  • Plusfinity: Builds AI-native learning infrastructure for scalable education.
  • Promake: Empowers manufacturing with AI-driven design tools.
  • Qanooni: Transforms manual legal work into structured workflows.
  • Repzo: Converts complex field data into natural language reports.
  • RFxAI: Streamlines procurement and sales through AI-driven evaluations.
  • Tapper: Uses machine learning to detect anomalies and block invalid traffic.
  • TruBuild: Analyzes construction data for faster tender evaluations.
  • Woliz: Utilizes voice AI for digital ordering in nanostores.

Program Highlights

This three-month program includes intensive technical support, mentorship, and a curriculum designed to address the unique challenges faced by startups in the region. Founders will receive guidance on AI security, generative design, and strategic business planning.

The previous cohort has already seen significant advancements. For example, COGNNA, which provides an agentic security operations center suite, improved its platform's efficiency, allowing analysts to work 80% faster and secure a $9.2 million Series A funding round.

Smart Bricks, a UAE-based startup focusing on AI-powered real estate investing, also benefited from the accelerator, closing a $5 million pre-seed round. The company automates real estate investment workflows across major cities.
