This acquisition marks Innovaccer's fifth in two years and is valued at approximately $66 million. The deal is expected to integrate 4,000 healthcare providers and nearly $5 billion in annual medical billing into Innovaccer’s Flow platform.
With this acquisition, Innovaccer will add nearly 200 employees to its workforce, enhancing its capabilities in revenue cycle management. The company aims to unify fragmented data from legacy hospital systems into a single cloud platform, facilitating better coordination of patient care and automating billing processes.
