The Bengaluru-headquartered startup, founded in 2024 by Deeksha Senguttuvan, offers paediatric consultations, vaccinations, diagnostics, developmental assessments and therapy services through neighbourhood clinics, supported by digital tools for parents.
Hoola Health said it will use the capital to expand into new markets, strengthen its technology stack and scale its integrated paediatric care model.
Expansion plans
The startup is currently operating five clinics in Bengaluru and plans to expand to 35 centres over the next two years, across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Delhi-NCR. In the near term, the company plans to deepen its presence in Bengaluru before entering newer markets.
Hoola Health said it has served over 20,000 families since launch. It also said over 60% of its monthly visits come from returning families, while nearly 35% of its revenue comes from developmental therapies.
The startup’s model is centred on primary and developmental paediatric care outside large hospitals, aimed at parents looking for recurring services such as vaccinations, routine consultations, growth tracking and therapy support closer to home.
The company is also building digital records for vaccinations, growth tracking, prescriptions and developmental progress, besides tools aimed at giving parents access to health information and support.
Going beyond infant care
The company has also rebranded itself from BabyMD to Hoola Health, as it looks to position itself beyond infant care and cover a broader range of paediatric services. Hoola Health said it also plans to expand into adjacent areas such as paediatric dental care.
The startup operates in a specialised paediatric healthcare segment that has seen early investor interest in recent years. In April 2024, paediatric behavioural and developmental health platform Butterfly Learnings raised Rs 32 crore in a Series A round led by Insitor Impact Asia Fund II and Enzia Ventures.
In February 2025, digital paediatric care platform Babynama raised $700,000 in seed funding in a round led by Good Capital.
